Refund policy
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be undamaged, untrimmed, and free of permanent modifications.
- You may size the system and conduct a test dive, as long as no trimming or permanent modifications have been made.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Original packaging is not required.
- All returned items will be inspected before a refund is approved.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. The original Outbound and Return postage is at your cost. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@tridentdivesystems.com.au if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items). If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
